After spending time at PAWS4you last year, our team knew we wanted to return. So, when we had the opportunity to visit again, we were genuinely excited to walk through those doors, reconnect with the people who make the rescue possible, and spend time with the pups who are still waiting for their next chapter.
This visit was about continuing a connection and finding another way to show our support for the amazing work happening there every day.
Who They Are
PAWS4you Rescue is a nonprofit organization in Miami, Florida, dedicated to helping dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, or placed at risk of euthanasia. Since its founding in 2007, the rescue has worked to give vulnerable dogs a safe place to recover while preparing them for loving forever homes.
PAWS4you is there for dogs through every stage of their journey. From medical care and rehabilitation to fostering, socialization, and finding the right forever home. Each step brings them closer to the safe and loving future they deserve.
What We Donated
During our visit, our team brought along a selection of Pelsbarn products, including Cooling products, Orthopedic Beds, Luxurious Sofa Beds, and Calming Beds, with the hope of giving the pups a little extra comfort in their everyday lives.
Being able to personally deliver a donation always makes the experience that much more meaningful. We had the chance to see the space, reconnect with the team, and, most importantly, be reminded of the beautiful dogs at the heart of the work we’re so proud to support.
Why It Matters
Rescue work is made up of so many moments that happen behind the scenes.
It’s the early mornings, the veterinary appointments, the cleaning, the fostering, the adoption conversations, the fundraising, and the countless decisions made with a dog’s best interests at heart.
For a dog still waiting to find their forever family, the little things can mean so much. A comfortable place to rest, a quiet space to feel safe, and people who continue to show up for them can make all the difference.
For us, being back at PAWS4you reinforced how meaningful it is to build lasting connections with the people behind the rescue work and continue finding ways to support them and the dogs in their care.
