We were honoured to support the Animal Defense League of Texas, helping provide comfort, rest, and reassurance to dogs who are waiting for their forever homes.
Who They Are
The Animal Defense League of Texas is the oldest no-kill shelter in San Antonio, dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats and providing them with medical care, nutrition, and a safe place to stay until they are matched with their loving families.
Beyond rescue and rehabilitation, they also focus on education and community outreach, working to promote responsible pet ownership and strengthen the bond between people and animals.
What We Donated

Calming Beds to create a sense of security and giving anxious, or new dogs to the shelter, a safe space to rest and settle

Why It Matters
Shelter life can feel overwhelming. New surroundings, unfamiliar sounds, and long periods of waiting can leave animals feeling anxious and unsettled. A soft, secure resting space helps provide comfort and a sense of safety during a time that feels a little uncertain.
Even something as simple as a soft bed or calming blanket can help a dog feel a little safer, more settled, and bring a sense of comfort while they wait for their forever families.
