Why It Matters
Dogs in foster care and shelters often arrive scared, anxious, and very unsure. A soft bed or a warm blanket might seem like something small, but it means much more than that to a dog that hasn’t felt warmth, love or safety for a long time, if ever. It helps them with their healing journey, and it’s the comfort of knowing they’re safe now. It’s the first small step in showing them the world can be a kind place.
