Dogs don't complain. They adapt, quietly. A head shake when you reach for the leash. A big shake when the collar comes off. You've noticed it, and felt that small pang of guilt.

Many collars are cut from stiff nylon with hard edges that press on the same spot, every walk, every day. The fabric soaks up water, dirt and that wet dog smell. And it sits against their neck from morning to night.

They wear it more than anything else they own. It should feel like nothing at all.
