Who Are Dierentehuis 's-Hertogenbosch
Dierentehuis ’s‑Hertogenbosch is located in the Netherlands, and is far more than just a shelter. It’s a sanctuary where lost, abandoned, and surrendered dogs and cats find safety, care, and hope for a brighter future. Supported by dedicated staff, volunteers, and advocates, every animal receives attention, love, and guidance as they prepare for their loving forever home.
Each year, they care for hundreds of animals, providing shelter, medical attention, socialization, and the attention these furbabies need to heal and thrive. Every dog and cat who comes through their doors receives the care and the compassion needed to help them blossom once they’re adopted to their new families.
What We Donated

Original Calming Beds to reduce stress and provide a cozy, secure place for restless or anxious animals to relax and feel safe in an unfamiliar environment

Calming Blankets to offer warmth for those who may be nervous or overwhelmed

Orthopedic Beds to offer support for senior dogs, larger breeds, or any dogs and cats dealing with joint pain or arthritis, offering relief and restful sleep

Cooling Mats to help regulate body temperature, especially for dogs and cats who may struggle to stay cool and comfortable
Why This Matters
For many of the animals who arrive at Dierentehuis ’s‑Hertogenbosch, everything is new and uncertain. They don’t know what will happen next or who will care for them. A calming blanket or a cozy bed offers them a small but vital sense of security, helping them relax, heal, and feel safe for the first time in a long while.
