We are not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your bank or card issuer.

8. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order confirmation does not signify acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or deny any order for any reason. If we deny your order, we will refund you. We may require additional information before processing an order.

9. SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Please see our FAQ for processing times, shipping times, and carrier information. You must provide an accurate address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or missing shipments due to incorrect addresses.

10. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery confirmation by the carrier will serve as proof of delivery, even without a signature.

11. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted according to our Return Policy. Some items may be subject to restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs.

Interactions with our social media presence are subject to each platform’s policies. User comments do not reflect our views, and we are not responsible for them.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PELSBARN FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND PELSBARN SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL, BINDING ARBITRATION CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES.

The arbitration will apply Delaware law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Arbitration may not be consolidated with other proceedings without Pelsbarn’s consent.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first use or purchase by sending a written notice to support@pelsbarn.com.

16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pelsbarn, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, misuse of our products, or any harm caused to pets, property, or third parties.

17. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions. Review third-party terms before engaging.

18. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
Submissions are non-confidential and may be used for marketing purposes without compensation.

19. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT NOTICE
We comply with the DMCA and will investigate infringement notices sent to support@pelsbarn.com.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive communications electronically, which will have the same legal effect as written communications.

21. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

22. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. SEVERABILITY

24. TERMINATION
We may terminate this Agreement at any time. Sections relating to warranties, liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Pelsbarn and supersede all prior agreements.
