The Inspiration: Overheated & Uncomfortable Dogs Everywhere
It started with an observation: dogs lying on hot floors, struggling to find relief, and pet parents who felt helpless during heatwaves. Our team knew there had to be a better way for dogs to stay cool and remain comfortable, no matter the outside temperature.
Real Stories, Real Need
Lisa, a dog mom in Arizona, shared that her golden retriever would “pant endlessly under the AC.”
Mike, a traveler, wanted something lightweight yet cool enough for road trips with his husky.
These stories pushed us to research,test ideas, and eventually craft our first sketches for a sofa bed that stays cool.

open center for better airflow.
Fabric & Materials Research– We tested various cooling fabrics, ultimately discovering ice silk for its self-cooling properties and non-toxic composition.
Prototype Testing – After creating a rough prototype, we invited real dog owners to let their pups try it out. We gathered feedback on comfort, temperature regulation, and durability.
