The customer service was great. However the products and their quality were superb. I got exactly what I was hoping for my beloved dogs and they love each of their orthopedic beds, the couch beds, the car ride seat and now I'm getting the car seat cover protector. In addition, they fight for the calming blankets! I have been using Pelsbarn's dog blanket and car carrier. My dogs absolutely love them. When my older dog was a bit nervous on one occasion, I put the blanket over her and she settled right down and snuggled in. My son's little dog sits in the car bed as if he is a king. He won't sit anywhere else. It's great and Nikola at customer service was very helpful when I had to adjust one of my orders. They really are great to work with. I have washed both blanket and dog bed multiple times and they come out as beautifully as can be! I am so happy with their products and feel very luxurious and snuggled whenever I even see them.
