Shipping
We offer several reliable shipping options to make sure your order arrives safely and on time—for you and your furry friend. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.
International Shipping
We ship globally. Delivery times and fees will depend on the destination country and local customs policies. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance and might subject to customs fees depending on the carrier that will be used that is available on your country destination. Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing items or damage, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. To help us process your claim quickly, include your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), a photo of the packing slip (for missing items), and a brief description of the issue.
Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for a resolution.
Need to Make a Change
Once an order is placed, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes—this includes updates to the shipping address, product, or quantity.
We kindly ask you to double-check your details at checkout to make sure everything is correct before completing your purchase.
Our system is designed to begin preparing your order right away, so it can get to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re not able to pause or modify orders once they’re in motion.
If you selected Priority Processing, your order is sent to the front of the line and may leave our warehouse even faster—so changes are even less likely to be possible in those cases.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes things change. However, once an order is placed, it can no longer be canceled or changed. Our system begins processing it right away to make sure your items arrive as quickly as possible.
If you no longer need the item, no worries - you’re always welcome to wait for the delivery and return it according to our return policy.

General Information
As a global brand, we ship from multiple warehouses around the world to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you’ll receive tracking info once your package is on its way.
Please note: Due to high order volume during our current sale, some products may temporarily sell out at one warehouse. Don’t worry—we’ll automatically fulfill your order from another location if needed. This might cause a slight delay, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
